"We came for the Ole Miss basketball and baseball games and stayed this past weekend. A short 30 minute drive from Oxford, this family run B&B is quiet, super clean with delicious home cooked breakfast and friendly and accommodating owners. A great affordable place to stay! "I stayed at the Cart Barn last year and loved it. The room was so clean I actually asked who was responsible for housekeeping. I was shocked when the owner said he was. Bed was so comfy, plenty of towels, cute gazebo right out the back door where I could curl up and read. I was so bummed when I tried to reserve my room this year because they were booked. Lucky for me someone canceled and I got in. When we are scheduled to race in Water Valley, this is where I’ll always stay. I’m staying an extra day this year just to relax and enjoy the grounds. 10/10 stars"

"We stayed at Cart Barn Inn for a family wedding at a nearby venue over Memorial Day weekend. The accommodations were comfortable, charming and homey and perfect for our group. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins of both bride and groom from several different states mingled and got to know each other. The owners were friendly and helpful but were invisible unless needed. Our hearts were full as we all said goodbye the morning after the wedding, after a second delicious breakfast, and I knew I would write a review! *****"

The room was beautifully decorated and very very comfortable. I slept extremely well. Weekend breakfast was delicious and satisfying. There were always tasty homemade snacks and beverages available.
